Management Frameworks in the Nonprofit Sector
I am currently serving as Lead Researcher for a qualitative study as a Visiting Researcher with the Public Policy and Management Research Group at Northumbria University’s Newcastle Business School. This research explores the on-the-ground reality of how nonprofit practitioners adapt and apply private sector management frameworks in mission-driven environments.
Seeking Research Participants: I am looking to interview current or retired nonprofit professionals of all levels. Your perspective is valuable whether you use management frameworks extensively or not at all.
- Participation: One virtual interview (45–60 minutes).
- Confidentiality: All data is fully anonymized.
- Approval: This study has been approved by Northumbria University’s Ethics Online System.
